Denver, CO – March 9th, 2016 – Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 231 Logan Street in Denver, Colorado. This 11-unit property sold on March 4th with a contract price of $1,350,000; $122,727 per unit and $288.96 per square foot. The property, located in the West Washington Park neighborhood, featured all studios with attractive floor plans, renovated units and 11 off-street parking spaces.
