Our company has a shared database consisting of over 10,000 Investors (local, regional and national). The shared database ensures the best and most current knowledge of each investor’s situation as updated by each broker. Every listing is immediately shared amongst all brokers in the office, each broker then takes the property to their prospective clients. This open philosophy facilitates cooperation and enables each broker to capitalize on maximum exposure for our clients.
We also believe in working with any licensed real estate broker who brings us a ready, willing and able buyer for any of our listings. Many of our competitors choose to limit the dissemination of marketing materials in order to “Double End the Commission” thereby limiting the exposure of a given listing to the detriment of their client’s specific goals.
